Confused about new system documentation requirements

On my checklist it says for the supporting documents I need:

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website"

Does anyone know what they are asking for? Or where on the website they are referring to that talks about the specific documents they want?

If you have only held Tier 2, then ignore it. It refers to those using a combination of Tier 1 and tier 2 to make up 5 years.
