Submitting my EU3 application now based on continous work of EU spouse for 5 years in Ireland.

One main issue : we can't find contract for a year, but we did send that contract to EU treaty office and kept the office updated whenever there was a change in activity or residence.

We do have PRTB letters for 5 years and utility bills for 5 years.

Anything I should worry of??

Pls share your experience

if you can't find the contract for that year why don't you go to the employer where your wife was employed and ask them to give you reference letter stating dates of employment. I did exactly the same for my wife's first employment which was back in 2012 so we just got the reference letter from that company stating the dates of work for my wife.

Thanks Newcomer87,
Actually we got reference letters from each employer whenever my spouse started working at a new place and we sent original reference letters along with 2 payslips to EU treaty sections by post. So basically I believe they should have it on our files. I plan to write this up on a letter and post it together with EU3 application.

yeah if you have the reference letters i would say you are very much covered, if your wife is still working and if you have the contract from this job just add this on to your file.

Thanks. It took time to get all the documents sorted. So we have sent completed application today by registered post.

When do we expect an acknowledgement letter from them for EU3 application?

Yes. I have never been unemployed and have sent p60s for all five years. We have booked appointment with gnib Dublin for Friday. Hopefully approval or extension will come before Friday. Otherwise we are going to ask for extension there

I got an acknowledgement letter that they have received the application and list of all documents that we have submitted.

They are requesting for "recent payslips of EU spouse for a continuous period of 5 years".

We will send few payslips from each year. Hope that would do the trick.

Got letter today from EU office saying they have received the documents and a decision will be made in due course.

Will this take 6 months?

Got the Permanent Residence approval for my wife today. I’m U.K. citizen. She is on eufam. Eu3 applied in April 2018.
Hopefully will get her citizenship approval soon as well.

Thanks. We went to Dublin gain office for 4 month extension in nov . And today received the approval for 10 years. Lucky day today for us . Went to Burgh quay website and got the appointment for Feb in the first try.
My guess is the extension was given by Burgh quay office and the stamp she received was stamp4 not eufam stamp 4. Her original visa was expiring this week. So eutr would have reviewed and approved it
