Tier1 Application

Post by sweetysushant007 » Sat May 31, 2008 6:23 pm

Hi All ,

I'd like to apply for a tier1 visa from India.

Can anyone suggest me that is it wise to apply for a tier1 visa through a consultant .

Also, whether do i need to apply for TIER1 and EC seperately.

Regards,
Sweety

Hi Sweety!

tier1 process includes the EC as well. It seems you have not read the guidance notes. Could you please first read the guidance notes http://www.vfs-uk-in.com/pbsguidance.aspx

In case you cannot read the guidance notes then you would need a consultant.

There is lot of information on this board. Please go through the guidance notes first, as suggested. Search this forum/post queries should you need any specific information and it is unlikely that you would feel the need to "consult a consultant" :D

It is surprising to see the number of people wishing to apply as "highly skilled" but don't think it wise to either read through the guidance notes in the first instance or try searching for the necessary information on their own before raising questions.

Maybe it's my fault that I expect too much of them.

If you consider yourself highly skilled, think like one.
Before posting a new query, use the search tool to see if it's already been answered.

Could any of you please gime the correct information.
Thanks for all ur help in advance.
