Application for naturalisation

Post by yusuf7869 » Tue Nov 27, 2018 6:21 pm

Hi guys,

I want to apply for naturalisation. I have had indefinite to remain since 2009.

Recently I had been given a court fine for my son missing school due to a wedding we had to attend.

My question is do I have to put this on my application (as the guidance states parental orders do not need to be mentioned)?

Or will this be classed as non custodial sentence and I will have to wait three years before I can apply.

Appreciate all the help.

Does it count as a "parental order"?
If not then disclose.
