My child has been born in Pakistan
I would like some advice for the registration process
For my child as a BC

Are you British born or naturalised as British?

If naturalised, when did you become British and when was your child born?

Either apply for a British passport directly or apply for foreign passport and Certificate of Entitlement to Right of Abode.

Have you resolved your spouse visa refusal issues?
