Hello friends,
Just wanted to ask you, if someone knows what we should do in the Appointment day? Which documents should we give them? Or nothing to give? Maybe just passport? Or should I take Online Application Form, Appointment Booking Confirmation, Visa Fee Receipt and Immigration Health Surcharge Receipt with me that day and send them to the Sheffield later too? Im asking it because I want to give all the documents to my husband before my application day. He will take them to the UK and send all of them to the Sheffield urgently after I finish my appointment. Is it possible like that?
Im applying from Turkey.
Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad english.

Also should I write an Applicant’s cover letter too? I have my sponsors letter, I thought maybe its enough. If I should write a letter too, what should be in it?
Thank you

Your guess is correct. The applicant just need to take the print out of the online application form, application & IHS fee receipt, and appointment letter along with his/her passport. Then after biometrics enrollment all the remaining documents are usually be sent out by sponsor to Sheffield. But still double confirm from your vfs centre whether do they scan documents & send themselves or the sponsor will have to send.

Thank you so much. So no need to put online application form, application & IHS fee receipt, and appointment letter among the documents to go to Sheffield? I can apply when the remaining documents are already in UK with my husband. Thank you again

In Turkey every applicant send the documents to Sheffield after their appointment. Their sponsors don't send. That's why I'm worrying and needed to ask about it.

But the signed online application form print out is must at the time of biometrics entrollment in applicant's country and again it need to be sent to Sheffield by the sponsor.

Then I will apply with my husband beside me later I'll give the documents to him before he's gone to the UK.
Thank you so much.

One more question please,
I confirmed online application form and signed declaration just for to see which the nearest date. Then I quit before select one. (Because I will choose the date when my husband comes.) I hope this won't be a problem. Thank you

As per common sense why don't you print two copies of online application form and you sign on both. One copy you keep with you for biometrics enrolment and other copy your husband takes with him.

That makes sense actually. But as I searched it everywhere in the internet today, I read that after the biometrics enrolment they put something on the online application form. Something like ''Viewed'' So I think I should send them the same online application form.
thanks for your opinion

No. They don't put anything on form and give back to you straightaway. In my opinion even if sponsor sign the form on behalf of applicant then there won't be any affect.

Oh then I will print and sign double form if I cannot be succesfull what I planned. Plan is like that now: my husband will coming on 19th, I will go to biometric entrolment on 20th, then give him all the documents. He will departure after 2 days.
Thank you for all your comments:)

Hello, I'm so confused again.
My husband is a self-employed over 2 years. I choosed the category 3C but which other category I should choose in it? F (1 years earnings) or category G (2 years earnings average) ?
Also is 18.600£ financial requirement, before tax or after tax?
Please help someone. Thanks in advance..

Hello does anyone know, why we should pay immigration health surcharge in dollars? Why we cannot pay it in pounds? Its very interesting. Or am I doing something wrong?

You pay the IHS in the local currency, or dollars in your case, of the country of application.

That's sad. I have paid more than I have counted before.. Why don't they write about it on the website of Home Office??
Thank you for your reply.

If its minor mistake you can correct it by hand on the printed application.

Hello guys, I forgot to put bank statements that covering tax return's year. (For the one who's self-employed). Also I put only 1 year tax returns. That would be a problem or they can call and request that missing documents too? What do you think? Thanks in advance.
