Applying from a Schengen country with a German student visa. Possible?

Hello,

I wanted to enquire about applying for a Tier 4 Student Visa from Stockholm (or any EU/Schengen country). I will be spending Christmas and New Year's in Stockholm with my Swedish girlfriend and was planning to apply for the Tier 4 Student Visa to study in Scotland (I already have the CAS number) from Stockholm. I have a European Union student visa that is valid until May/2019 since I have spent the last couple of years studying in Germany. So my question is: would I be able to apply from Stockholm for my UK Tier 4 Visa? Thank you in advance for your time and support.

No. You apply in the country where you are living (Germany). You can also apply in your country of nationality (I assume El Salvador).
