NZ VISA Refusal

Post by Gulrez007 » Sat Dec 01, 2018 8:43 am

Hi I’ve got 2 NZ study visa refusals in 2017. Now I’ve applied for a UK study visa. Is it necessary to mention both the refusals or can I mention only one refusal. I’ve mentioned only one refusal in the application however I intend to put both the visa refusal letters when I go for the interview. Is it necessary or 1 should be fine enough.

The rejection was basically credibility. The letter said the visa officer was not satisfied with my answers which were very vague. So is it gonna effect my UK visa application.

The refusal letters are not required, just the information on the application form. Why did you only declare one refusal when the questions asks about all refusals?

I filled the form in a hurry and I thought I could amend details later however UK does not allow to amend details once submitted. Now I’m in a fix whether to include the second letter or not.

The letters are not relevant or required anyway.

My advice would be to cancel the application and re-apply, this time answering all questions fully and correctly.

Thank you. I’ve made a mistake. I think they’ll reject it ourightly if I’ll go with the current application.
