Dear Friends
My case was refused way back in November 2004 but I could not get my documents well in time...I received my docs in the month of February 2005 and decided to go for paid appeal.. later on It took me little longer to coolect the docs and sent back as paid appeal..which I did in first week of March. I have mentioned very clearly, justifing why I cant react back in 28 days (late docs receipt)..Do you think that will be OK...is it necessary to send paid appeal in 28 days time??? And how much time generally it takes for them to comment on paid appeal cases???

Hi anish,
If you go through the original decision letter, you will find that there is no time limit given within which the paid appeal has to be made. The 28 days time limit is only for request to review the decision. So dont worry about it.Has your CC been charged?
good luck

Hi Anish
Have you received any email confirming the rceipt of your application and your cc charged? My paid appeal delivered on 25/02/05 confirmed by the courier but not received any email from HO and my cc is not charged yet.
Can you answer? (I am from Dubai)
