I got provisional acceptance on the 12th of Nov, money deducted on the 20th Nov, but no other update thus far.
Can I please request the moderators not to close this thread until at least the cooling off period of 27 days from the 22nd of Nov.

they are absolutely nowhere near to whats happening. i dont know how many application they are dealing with. they not even bothered to respond back. this service will still be open for Online application.

I got confirmation of provisionally accepted on 16th Nov and that the application being transferred to Liverpool. Haven't heard anything else since. And now they have closed the department so can't contact them either.
Update: I notice that they have taken money from my account yesterday (28th Nov) which indicates that they are processing my application.

Hi All, I had an email from DX this morning that my BRP is on route to me today.
My payment for Postal to premium upgrade was taken on the 20th. I hope this gives hope to everyone waiting for theirs. All the best.

now closed 
Postal to premium upgrade is
no longer available.
You are now required to apply online for ILR and submit your docs/biometrics at one of the
UKVCAS centers instead.

Hi, Finally, I received the approval letter over the weekend (1st Dec). Mine was SET (O) route and I had applied through postal route on 4th Oct 2018. My application for postal premium upgrade was accepted on 20th Nov. All the best guys
