my spouse applied for uk visa from islamabad and we paid to keep her passport now we have received an email from gerrys islamabad saying a decision is ready to be made on your visa application please resubmit your passport if you don't submit in 4 weeks your application will be refused.
can anyone please tell me why are they asking for passport if they refuse do they ask for passport?
