Respected members,
I have few questions in relation to tenancy agreement.
1) The tenancy agreement states that 'This agreement can be ended by either tenant or the landlord with a 30 days’ written notice'- would this short notice be a problem?
2) My tenancy agreement is with private landlord and hence this is not a very professionally written agreement. Is this OK?
3) Is it necessary to provide landlord's passport or landlord's mortgage related documents - both of which I highly would be provided even if asked.
Thank you,
Shah

1. No issue.
2. No issue.
3. No.
4. Is there ANY reason why you cannot keep ALL your questions about the same application in ONE topic???

Also don't forget landlord NOC letter and property inspection report (if sharing with others).
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Thank you Seagul.
I am providing both NOC and property inspection letter.
One quick question about my inspection letter please,
In the property inspection letter, they have listed all of my flatmates and what is the relation to the applicant for each of the flatmates.
It says ‘family friend’ – but really I live with flatmates who are unrelated and from different countries. When I asked why he wrote ‘family friend’ – he goes this is standard format and should not be a problem.
Do you think, question might be asked from Home Office – or should not need to worry about it?
Thank you

If flatmates are from different countries then it will be very difficult to prove that whether they are family friends. They should be mentioned simply as flatmates. I wish HO don't notice it

Appreciate your suggestion Seagul.
I just spoke to the person who issued certificate and he is willing to change 'family friend' to flatmate for me.
Thanks again.

Great. Also let your flatmates know too about your application for just in case.

It means if HO visit or enquire about that property then if your flatmates are already alerted.

Thank you Seagul,
How often do they visit? Was there an instance where they visited recently?

Respected members,
I am filling in the online application for Spouse Visa
Wanted to double check one question from section 1 'Passport and Travel Information' where they ask the following question:
"Are you a national of the country in which you are applying?" - should this be 'Yes' or 'No'
Thank you
Shah

The question relates to your wife, tha applicant. If she is a Bangladesh citizen and applying in Bangladesh then obviously the answer is yes!!

Yes which means your posts simply get overlooked sometimes and it is difficult for members to understand your full circumstances as your posts are all over the forum and other topics. That topic is and should be for questions after application is already submitted and Timeline updates!!
