Spouse visa extension FLR(M) Premier Service

I am getting very confused and appreciate soneone’s input who has dealt with Premier service.
I applied for Spouse visa extension Premier service and got an appointment in Croydon. Paid the fees etc. It says that I need to download the FLR(M) form and take with me the supporting documents. However, when I applied for premier service it did not give me the option to fill this FLR (M) form. All I filled was my full name, address and passport details then it asked me pay for the IHS which I did and then for the premier service fee. My question is do I need to download the FLR (M) form and filled it and take it to the appointment, or is it no needed? Or do they use the same information that they hold when I first applied for the initial 30 month visa?

What am I doing wrong?

You will need to complete the paper form now if you appointment is through the old premium system.

I have downloaded the FLR(M) form but on the form it says “This form is for use of only you are requesting a fee waiver....if you are not requesting a fee waiver you must apply online”.
The form is 76 pages and the first 8 pages is payment guide and payment form that needs to be filled in. Is this the right form? I have already paid £1643 when I booked my premier appointment? Do I leave the payment form blank and just fill the application form? Or do I have to somehow fill the FLR(M) form online?

You can't do the online form now if you did not do it as part of the online process and appointment booking as you will be asked to pay the visa fee again.

You need to use the archived form in the link I have provided.

Leave payment section blank as you have already paid.
