Telephone interview Spouse visa

Hello, today i got call from home office regarding our spouse visa we applied on 8 october 2018.

they interview my boss for around 1 hour..they interview me about 20 min.

I think i done well but few question i might have answer wrong because i was nervous..

plz tell me if the wrong answer will make my application to refuse?

no, they look at all answers as a whole. Unless you didnt know your name, or who you work for I wouldnt worry

No..just me and the boss..i used 2 jobs.

Hi, i had a phone interview in 7 december 2018 and also my employers were interviewed total of 1 hour 20 mins ( i have 2 jobs).

we heard nothing yet..other people who had telephone interview got thier visa within a week.
i emailed UKVI for update and got reply back saying 'they are considering the application and currently awaiting decision'

Do you think they will decide the visa before chritsmas?
