Spain: Which docs required legalisation for EU + Non Eu spouse app

Dear all,

We are married couple from UK and Non EU country, moving to Madrid or Barcelona soon before Brexit kicks off.

We have been reading lots of post here and find it very helpful. But still cannot find answer on questions about legalisation docs.

I understood that our marriage certificate would require apostle and certified translation. However we cannot find any other information whether both EU and Non EU passport needs to be apostle or not, neither on the Spanish authority Cita Privia website.

Anyone came across this before?

It is not really required.

Did you get a Spanish visa to go there?
Generally documents are the same.
