GOT NCS appointment.... should use AN paper form or online?? JCAP and more questions

Hello all

Just got appointment in my council (waltham forest London) luckily and wanted to take advantage of this appointment.

I have already filled the online form which is ready to submit but the does it has to be paper form as mention on the website

secondly the paper is older version which is september 2018 where as new form is updated in November and has asked more information then paper form.

is it possible can i apply online with existing service and send docs through council?? why because in this way i will not have to wait for the biomatric i guess?

shall i call the council or UKVI to confirm?
what should i do? suggestion please??

For NCS you must use the paper form.

They don't offer JCAP anymore.
