UK Visit Visa for Uncle and his family from Pakistan. Documents help!!

Dear All,

My uncle and aunt want to visit UK from Pakistan along with there kids. I need understanding regarding the documents especially in relation to financial means.

Few Facts about them.

1. My uncle owns a business in Pakistan and my aunt is house wife.
2. All kids are school going and under 18.
3. My uncle is financially very very well stabled and owns few properties which are worth quite a lot.
4. He has a bank statement of around £300,000 and Which he got by selling one of his property.
5. He has a very good record of travel history and so does my aunt.

Please guide me what documentation he needs to show he is a genuine tourist as he will be coming for around 10 days.

How does he show his monthly income as he is self employed? Does he need to show business statement or personal statement of £300,000 is enough along with business registration documents.

Please guide.

Hello everyone. My uncle and aunt want to come to Uk on a visit visa for about 10 days. They have a good track record of travelling history. My uncle is a business man and aunt is housewife. They achool going kids who are under 18. They financially well stabled and financial ties back to country is not a problem as they have properties worth quite a lot.

I need help regarding documentation. What documents does he need to attach as he is self employed. Does he need to provide business statements or personal? Business ownership documents? Tax returns?
