FLR - what period under HSMP if already 3 year undr WP ?

Hi, I entered UK on 27 March 2002 under WP. If I apply under HSMP say 15 March 2005, then:

a. Will they grant me extension for 1 year or more (considering I am already proved - I am exonomically active and capable)?

b. From what day extension will start (day of HSMP application, HSMP approval, FLR application, FLR approval) ?

The purpose of question - on 27 March of 2006 I can apply on ILR. I dont want to get into HSMP extension procedure first (if they will grant me 1year extension only etc)...

Unfortunately they will only give you 1 year FLR am not sure as to when it will start. however whatever day they give it to you, you should still be good to apply for ILR in 2006 Since you can apply I think 4 weeks b4 the 4 years is up.
