Irish resident permit(EU Fam) to UK stamp

Hello, Is there anyone who can help? I have stamp 4 n I am an EU fam member now I want to move to Uk due to job opportunity with my partner so what should I do and what docs needed?
Another question is that is it a right decision to move there in this time when Brexit is happening n etc... If any questions regarding this please ask. Thanks.

How long have you been on the stamp 4? If you don't have the chance to be an EU fam u won't think of going to UK because of Job why don't you finish your journey here get ya passport then you can move around the world ...Want to start all over in UK sound some how to me ...good luck in your search.
