Spouse visa to settle i in UK

Hi
Can anyone tell me the type of spouse visa I need,im in Britain and my husbands applying from outside.(non EU).
There are so many tiers etc.

Your husband won't be applying for a visa under the tier categories, he needs a Spouse Settlement visa.

(Casa, not CR001)
