I wonder if someone could please help me with Spouse Visa extension details.
I am a British citizen and my wife spouse visa is going to expire in April 2019. She initially applied from Pakistan for her Spouse visa back there in 2017 and got visa. Its now nearly 2.5 years and she now have apply for extension (if I am correct) - I have been completely out of touch due to limited IT knowledge so would appreciate some help.
I would like to know what form does she need to use
does she needs to do new English test what test that would be ?
Does she need to pay new IHS fees etc.
Application to be made online or post?
What documents I need to start preparing?
If anyone knows correct thread for this topic please guide me as I have been searching and its coming back with loads of extension results.
Thanks

Your post has been split into your own topic from the member's thread you had tagged your question onto. This is not only unfair to the other member, it also causes confusion.
Level A2 English from a test/test provider on the UKVI approved list.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

1. does she needs to do new English test what test that would be ?
2. Does she need to pay new IHS fees etc.
3. Application to be made online or post?
4. What documents I need to start preparing?
1. A2 but preferably do B1
2. Yes
3. I think online
4. Same documents like before regarding financial requirement and I guess accomodation too but instead of subsisting relationship you must have 2 years of cohabitation evidences.

Hello,
I am looking to apply for my wife's first Spouse visa extension. I am not very good with computers and looking for some guidance please.
She was initially granted 2.5 years spouse dependant visa and along with other documents she submitted were required level of English IELTS Life Skills A1- My question is what English test she needs to complete now and how do I apply for her extension. Her initial visa is to expire in November 2019.
The documents I have collected so far includes bills in combined names, bills on my name only (Council Tax although I requested council several times but they refused to add additional names), Bills I saved so far includes water, electricity and Gas etc. I can also produce my flat agreement etc.
Anyone please guide me if I need to apply for FLR(O) or FLR (M) - also how much IHS fees I have to pay for extension ?
Thanks

As already advised in December, English A2 is required.
She also needs to meet the financial requirement again with evidence.
It is form FLR M.
IHS fee is £1000. Visa fee is £1033.

Hello,
(Council Tax although I requested council several times but they refused to add additional names),
If the tenancy agreement is in joint names then it shouldn't be a problem. But even the council tax bill not gets named in joint name but still you can meet the cohabitation requirement with other alternative documents.

Many thanks
Do I have to apply online only? Does it matter if some of the bills don't have both our names on. I have council tax on my name but Water, Electric and Gas bills on combined names?
I have also read above someone suggesting B1 can be taken ? Will it make any difference.
Thanks

Yes now you have to apply online and upload your documents by yourself or through UKVCAS along with enrolling the biometrics. To meet the cohabitation requirement the evidences can be in individual names too even from sources other than utility bills such as gp/hospital letter, mobile/internet bill, car insurance, voter registration, p60/p45 etc. And doing B1 ielts is more wiser because its almost same to A2 and also help in meeting the english requirement at ILR stage without sitting again despite it gets expired provided remain on HO list.
