ILR dependent query

Hi,

I got ILR recently. My wife is still on Tier 2 Dependent Visa valid May 2019.

My wife has English degree outside UK, does she needs to prove English based study through sending documents to NARIC. If can someone help how to do that. She is now preparing for LIUK test. She is on Tier 2 dependent and completed 5 years with me but stayed outside UK more than 180 days. Please confirm whether she can apply ILR now?

She needs UKVI NARIC English assessment and comparable assessment or she can do B1 English test.

What is the start date of her initial tier 2 dependent visa?

Did you get ILR through tier 2 or 10 years long residence?

So the last year she hasn't been resident in the UK at all?? Has she only returned to apply for ILR??

Yes right last year she hasn't been resident in the UK. She was in long maternity looking after baby. She returned to join in her company. Just for your information she still have 5 Months of Visa and to continue in her present role she needs visa. So, the primary motive is to continue her job role not only to apply ILR, but still needs Visa to continue.

Please give some suggestions. Thanks in advance.
