hello i am also Having this problem

my gf also lives in uk and i am from India
and her age is 17
and mine is 19
i tried everything to get visa but they are saying your age is small
and you don't have enough fund
i was using my mom,dads account and all
i am Having so many problems
i dont know what to do

You cannot apply for a partner or spouse visa if your spouse is under the age of 18, which is the legal age to marry in the UK.

To qualify for a spouse visa, your UK spouse MUST be earning a minimum of £18,600pa and have proof of earnings for a minimum of 6 months. You cannot use your parents accounts/funds.

You also need to prove you meet the English A1 test requirement and show proof of adequate accommodation in the UK.

You also have to prove and provide evidence of subsisting relationship.

If your partner does NOT meet the financial requirement, you won't get a visa.

You are highly unlikely to get a visa.

A spouse visa would only be possible if you are either married to or in a relationship akin to marriage with a British citizen. "A relationship akin to marriage" means having joint bank statements, mortgages, bills, etc for at least two years. As both of you are on different continents, that is unlikely.

Secondly, even if you were married/in a relationship akin to marriage, the British citizen needs to earn at least £18,600 pa to be able to sponsor their non-EEA spouse. That is a relatively high figure, especially for a 17 year old, who is likely in school or may be going to university.

So, even if you were married, she would be unable to sponsor you to come to the UK.
