dependent settlement

Dear team,

i have got my settlement visa in march 2018 after 5 years of tier 2 work permit visa. my wife joined me on my tier 2 (as dependent ) visa in December 2013. also she is now working full time in the UK

my wife would like to apply for settlement visa but we are not sure which application we should use:

Settle in the UK as the partner of a person, or parent of a child, who is in the UK and settled here: form SET(M)
or
Settle in the UK in various immigration categories: form SET(O)

could you please advise us on submitting form set (M) or SET (O)?

If she holds a PBS dependent visa, she can ONLY apply for ILR on Set(O).

Set(M) is ONLY applicable to spouse settlement visa holders (FLR(M) 2 x 2.5 year visas) and not PBS Dependents.
