UK fiancee visa

Post by Tiffany2019 » Mon Dec 24, 2018 12:55 pm

Hello,

I am in the process of filling in an application for a fiancée visa for my fiancée. He lives in Africa and I am in the UK with an ILR. I have a few questions if anyone can help.
We both have been married before but now we are both divorced. On the application form it is asking for his marital status? Should I pick Divorced or fiancée? I am a bit confused
Secondly I own a 1 bed flat via mortgage, do I need a property report?
Thank you

Thank you

Thank you very much Casa. Just being curious, why do we have the fiancée as part of the marital status options?

I don't have access to the online application. I'm surprised that fiance is considered to be a marital status...but if it's on the option drop-down list, then select that.
