I have uk non eea permit valid until march 2020.... when do I shiould I apply for settle status....
My wife has been in uk since april 2012, she has worked since april 2012, except 1 year from 2015_2016...

Anytime up to end 2020 (end of transition phase) though personally I'd do it as soon as the system becomes available. Public beta test should be open from late January. You apply for pre-settled status. Your wife has PR?

She is french national. I am pakistani national.
2 daughters french. 3rd kid will also be born in france.. march 2019' wife will be back in uk in apr 2019.....

Am I safe, or should I ask my wife to come.to uk straighaway after baby delivery....
