FLR

Post by folly » Wed Dec 26, 2018 3:44 pm

I came to the U K on a Tier 1 General dependant visa in October 2017 with my son . I am due for extension of leave in April 2019 as my spouse has since been granted Indefinite leave to remain. I have a few worries and I am hoping the forum will help me resolve.
1, I have read on the UKVI website that my son and I need 630 pound each for the period of 90 days and additional 945 pound for my husband who has now obtained ILR. Please does it mean that I am supposed to keep 2205 pound for my son , myself and my husband?
2, I passed English language test in my country prior to coming to the U K do I need to sit for another English test again now that I am applying for further leave to remain?
3,Is there financial requirement to be met apart from savings for 90 days before I can apply for further leave to remain.
Thank you

1. You need £630 x 2 ONLY.

2. There is NO English requirement for Tier 1 Dependent visas.

3. No.

What is your husbands immigration route to ILR, 5 years Tier 1 General (are you sure it is General not Entrepreneur) or was it 10 years long residence ILR?

When did your husband get ILR??

What category of visa does yours state exactly??

My answers 1 to 3 remain the same then.

You will get a 3 year extension.
