Tier1 Entrepreneur dependent visa

Hi,
Anyone can help me please. I am in Tier1 Entrepreneur extension. My visa will expire by the end of February 2020. I would like to apply for my wife to join me to the UK. Can anyone help me with the list of required documents please? Also I would like to know about the costs that I need to consider such as application fee, health surcharge and so on.

Yes I did but I am looking for someone who applied before or knows about someone already applied to let me know about the list of documents he/she already used when they applied to be in the safe side.
