Different rules applies to different parts of the UK. In Scotland for example, if the father has been ordinarily resident there for a period, then there is no requirement for the spouse to pay for NHScharges.

If it is NHS, you could reclaim you fee on the basis that she was not required to pay according to Scottish law.tirmizi2012 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 28, 2018 3:06 pmreally i paid 4500£ for a deliveryah i wished i knew it before as my parmanent address is from scotland and i could have taken her there
.
I had paid the dues , do i need to submit a proof or anything ?
