FLR(HO) to FLR (FP)

Hi All,

My Tier 2 got curtailed in July this year and i have applied for FLR(HO) application to gain more time. However, I have not received any response yet, I need another 8 months for my ILR. Can anyone advise if I can apply for FLR(FP) if i receive negative response on my pending FLR (HO ) application in order to gain more time to complete my 10 years. it has been nearly 6 months since I applied for FLR (HO) application.

Provided your claim is not certified.

If you case is certified, you may not be able to do so.
