Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Application

Post by tier1lah1 » Sat Dec 29, 2018 11:20 pm

I am eligible to apply for ILR via Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa route by Sept 2019. I have the following questions:
1. My son is above 18 years old and is studying in University now. In the application form for the fees, do I fill in Applicant + 1 dependent or Applicant + 2 dependents (wife and son)?
2. If it's Applicant + 1 dependent, how does my son separate application be linked to my application?
3. For my son English language requirement, should he sit for IELTS General Training, IELTS Academic or IELTS Life Skills A1?

1)The online form lets you “add” family members, you being the main applicant.

2) https://www.gov.uk/english-language
