IHS Surcharge

Hi All,
I Have completed 5 Years in Tier 1 and am applying ILR through Tier 1 Route , But my whife she is short of 3 months to complete 5 years and my understanding is She have to fill PBS Dependant form .
I am Filling the form and at the end it took me t the new section to pay the IHS surcharge . It showing Toatl to Pay is 0 . and i didnt pay anything and i have recieved the IHS Reference number ?

anyone has any idea do we need to pay or not ?

She will get a 3 year extension, you cannot choose a lesser time.

Ihs is payable for the full 3 years.

It is likely giving you £0 because it is basing it on your current visa expiry.

HO will likely ask for it to be paid and hopefully don't reject the application for non payment of IHS.
