ILR on Ten Years Long Route

Dear Experts,

I came to the UK in June 2009 on Tier 4 student visa. I got completed my degree and then got Post Study Work (PSW) permit. After that I started high degrees. I am still on student visa upto January 2020 and my ten years time will complete in June 2019. I have my wife who is dependent on me and have one baby of 9 months old, the baby has born here in the UK. I have few queries regarding the ILR application and my spouse application.

(1) As my ten years will be completing in June 2019, when I can apply for ILR, is it the same before 28 days?
(2) As the UKVI has closed the premium service, for the new service which has been replaced, can I book my appointment from now?!
(3) which application do I need to fill and what documents would I need to submit with?
(4) Which visa, My spouse would apply for as she has been here with me from the last two years?
(5) What advice for my child, would the child get permanent visa after I get the ILR? If yes, when is the right time after ILR.
(6) What other requirements I and my spouse would need to fulfil before applying?

The child can be registered as a British citizen (via MN1) after your ILR

In this case, as I am student and cannot work more than 20 hours pw, plus my spouse is not working. When this is the case, how to satisfy the financial requirements? Finally, if she and I are not earning £18600 per year, what other option we have and she would also need to pass the english test in this case? If yes, how long in advance she can apply for that test.

She would then have to try and apply for the FLR(FP) 10 year Partner route (4 x 2.5 year visas) if you don't meet the financial requirement.

Thanks CR001 for your reply! First, if my wife goes on FLR(FP) 10 year Partner route (4 x 2.5 year visas), still she would need to qualify English test? if yes, which English test she has to passed?
Second, If I cannot fulfil the financial requirement i.e. £18600, if I have savings then how much savings have to be shown as an alternative for the financial requirements. Finally, I have Master and MPhil degrees from the UK universities, should I also need to pass any English test, if yes which one? I have also work experience and teaching experience here in the UK.
