TIER 1 Dependant Visa Check list

Hi,

I am looking to apply for TIer 1 general Dependant for my wife, This is a second extension for her as she is just 3 months short o get ILR. Do I need to Submit the Cohabitation documents for the extension as well?

Documents I am looking to Submit:
1. Online Application
2. Bank statements (Mine & her Account) She has about £2000 in her account in the last 3 months can I use this as proof of funds instead of Mine?
3. My & Wife's Employer letters
4. Both of our payslips for last 3 months? (do we need more than 3?)
5. My Passport Copy (British)
6. Her Passport and Bio-metric card
7. Covering letter & Passport Photos etc.

Please let me know if I am missing any required documents in the above list.

What was the issue date of her first Tier 1 General Dependent?

On what basis did you get ILR, 5 years Tier 1 or 10 years long residence?

Hi, Her 1st dependant is issues on 07/04/2014 and she travelled to UK on 16 April 2014. Later her leave is expired on 10 Jan 2016, We went for same day appointment on 8th Jan 2016 so the leave is granted till 8th Jan 2019. I am Now applying to cover the 3 months break With an intention to apply for ILR as soon as she is eligible.

I guess there is no work around to cover this?

I became a UK Citizen in 2016 TIER1 (General) > ILR > Citizenship.

I am also Looking to Submit the application by Tuesday/Wednesday and post the documents on 3rd or 4th. everything should be done by this time, So I guess I need to pay only £600 for the IHS fees?

Hi,

Do I have to send the BRP with the application? Do I have to submit Cohabitation proof's with this application as we have submitted these in our previous application.

Hi,

Require a Urgent clarification please

1. I submitted the application and opted to post it, No where they requested for passport photos, Do I still need to send them? How they get one for Biometric?

2. Do I need to submit the Cohabitation proof's? I am thinking to keep them for upcoming ILR application.

3. Does the cohabitation proof's need to be Original?
