Hi,

I will be applying for a VA4 settlement visa soon.

My question is i contacted my local council who confirmed they will do a home survey, but they suggested that the homeowner be the sponser on the letter. I am living with my parents. When the officer checks the visa application and with the supporting documents includes the proof of accom. letter with my fathers name on it will it cause problems? Is it better for me to be the sponser? Hence saving any delays/problems?
