Need helps for my family visa application!

My case is a bit complex.

Currently I am under entrepreneur and it has been my fifty year. As something happen, I know I won’t success for the settlement under entrepreneurs visa. Luckily, my 10 year settlement is due just before my visa expire. I decide to go to 10 years residency route.

I have 2 dependents(my wife and my son). Their visa is due on the same day as miners. And now I have a new born girl.

What shall I do regarding to my 3 family members? I know they need to apply for family visa if I go down to 10 years residency. Is there any other visa my 2 kids can apply? Like settlement with me or nathionality ?

Also as I was planning to use premium service to get my settlement done. And apply for my family straight after! But they cancelled the premium service!!!! What can I do about it? I am afraid my wife and my son’s visa will expire before I get my settlement.
