I would be grateful if you can complete this poll with your own personal experience of this subject, as it will give us an indication what is best procedure to follow on this matter

Whilst I have voted, I think this is a bit meaningless, given the refusal rates vary so much from one British Mission to the next.

Sorry I should have put from clients in the Indian subcontinent with whom I deal on a regular basis.I hear stories of laid back attitudes, ineptitude,incompetence,dont give a damn opinions about staff at both the BHC and its handling agents Fedex.

Whilst I know the statistic of successful and unsuccessful applications, I am interested to know the action taken by clients after they have either been successful or unsuccessful and to know the outcome, as I wish to do a report on this subject to my local MP.

Well yes, that would have been a useful thing to add. As it is one of "obtained visa first time" in your poll relates to Thailand! And others may have been similarly not aware you were not seeking data from outside the Indian subcontinent.
