Wife Canadian PR (Korean Citizen)

Hello,

I (UK) have a question on where my wife (Canadian PR/Korean Citizen) would have to submit our application from. I am currently living in UK in order to meet the 6 month financial requirement. Can my wife submit the application from Canada (where she is living) as a permanent resident or would it have to be from Korea where she has citizenship?

Any information would be appreciated, many thanks.

She can apply in any country where she is legally resident, ie not as a tourist.
