Advice regards to upper tribunal

Hi everybody
Now I'm going to write what happened to me during my asylum process and I'm seeking advice from the members please.
I came to UK and February 2016 with my wife and two kids , I have done my interview with home office and I have got the refusal after one year July 2017 , After Four times adjourn of the first tire tribunal I have done it in 08/10/2018 and have got refused after two days, During the hearing the judge said that he annoyed of the bundle because it wasn't in order , evidence printed in black and white . Also my barrister wasn't prepared and she was tensed .
Now I have been granted for upper tribunal because there is an error in law,and now I'm waiting for the hearing date .

My questions are
1- does anybody can recommend a very good barrister? Or a barrister special in iraqi cases?
2- i have heard from some friends that the upper tribunal judges will give a same decision as the FTT , is this right?
3- During my 3 years in uk I have got diploma in electrical installation and plumbing. My wife as well got diploma in hair dressing and beauty, can this Certificates put weight on my case?
I'll be grateful if anyone can answer my questions or tells me his experience with upper tribunal as I'm very stress and worry.
