Paper application to Liverpool

Hello

I applied for BP with a paper application and it was received on the 31st of December 2018 and I have not received any acknowledgement. I thought they acknowledge immediately, take the fee and then send you biometrics.

Can someone tell me what the processing time is like at this time of the year?
I am just worried as I have important documents in it.

Presumably you mean you have applied for Naturalisation on form AN and not a BP (British passport)??
