CAN MY DAUGHTER HAVE A FEE WAIVER?

Post by Oyebabs » Thu Jan 10, 2019 11:15 am

Just want to know if I can apply for fee waiver for my daughter who will be 10yrs next month and she was born here. I want to make fee waiver for her, because I made application for the family last year November under fee waiver and it was accepted. But the question is my daughter will qualifier to apply for Naturalization next month. I don't have the £1300. Can I make fee waiver application for her too?

There is no fee waiver for citizenship applications. Citizenship falls under nationality laws and legislation, not immigration rules.

If you don't have the money then you cant apply.

Why should you or your daughter get any special treatment while the rest of us have to find a way to get the money and pay.

The Project for Registration of children as British Citizens may be able to guide you regarding the application. As mentioned earlier, there is no alternative to the fees.
