Unless you have £62,500 in savings which have been held in an accessible account for at least six months, you will have to submit evidence of earnings in Hong Kong of the equivalent to £18,600 in the 12 month period prior to the date of submission AND have a confirmed offer of employment to start within 3 months of your arrival in the UK....again meeting the £18,600 p.a minimum earnings level.
If you can't meet either of these, you will have to return to the UK and submit the Spouse Settlement visa application once you have 6 months of payslips showing £9,300 (£18,600 p.a)
This is assuming your child holds British nationality.
