My illegal boyfriend - HELP

Post by Bellaminx » Thu Jan 10, 2019 7:40 pm

Hi everyone,

I’m 17 years old in a horrible situation!

I met my boyfriend when I was 15 he was 16/17 etc. He had came to England illegally but as he was child he was allowed to stay and he got placed with a foster family and had key/social workers etc. He went to school in England from the age of 14 and college.

His foster carerar didn’t really care that much about looking after him. Most of the time he stayed at friends houses and she told his social workers he was at her house the whole time etc.

In order for my boyfriend to get a visa when he turned 18 he has to attend his last interview with immigration. He was young and didn’t really know much about it. He never received the letter for the interview as it was posted to his foster careers house - which he never stayed at! The foster carer told immigration that she had told him about the interview and it was his own decision to not then turn up! When that was not the case - My boyfriend had no idea.

When he turned 18 he was put in a detention centre - he had no court or no interviews - his foster career didn’t even visit him once! It was a horrible time. He was deported when he had just turned 18.

He came back to England Illegally a few months after - all him and myself want is for him to have a visa so we can live our lives in peace!

My family love him and would do anything to help fight his case - my dad runs his own construction business and could also give him work.

I know I’m very young but is there anyway we could pay for solicitor to argue this case^ and he couldn’t possible get a visa.

I know he could get a spouse one from me in the future but I’d rather do any other opportunities as we’re both so young.

Please could anyone with any idea reply to this. Any help is appreciated.

He has no 'case to argue'. He does not deserve any special treatment. He is an adult and has made his own decisions himself.

He has clearly shown complete disregard for the rules and it seems you both think the UK owes him something and he is entitled to do what he wants, which is completely wrong.

He should go back to his own country. People like him is the reason this country is going downhill.
