Sponsoring Visitor Visa while tier2 visa Is with home office for extension.

Hi,
I have applied visitors visa for my parents while my BRP and passport is with home office for extension. I'm the sponsor.
I applied for extension 35 days before visa expiry.

Is there chances for my parents visa to get rejected?
