Tier 2 depend to ILR dependent Visa category

Hello,

I came to the country in 2015 as Tier 2 dependent, now my husband is eligible for ILR (5-year route) but I am not sure which visa should I go for?
I don't think I will be eligible for ILR as we haven't completed 5 years of our marriage. Can I apply for ILR on the basis of our daughter? OR should I apply for family member visa? Your help will be highly appreciated.

PBS dependent extension. It will be a 3 year visa extension.

Correct, you don't qualify. Also it is not 5 years of marriage. It is 5 years on dependent visa.

There is no ILR based on child route. It is a NEW 5 or 10 year visa, not ILR.

OR should I apply for family member visa?

No, this will also reset your ilr clock to zero.

Extend your current visa category to keep the time you have spent in the UK for ilr.

Also the COS number asked in my application (PBS Dependent) will be my husbands last COS? The COS number will be expired now so what should be the last date?

Can I find application guidance for PBS dependent anywhere?

CoS - Likely yes. There should be an option in the dependent form to select that the main PBS visa holder has ILR. For the 'expiry date' of ILR, you should put a date that is 3 years ahead in order to get the correct IHS fee.
