Uk Spouse Visa Help

Hi I am new here and I am seeking assistance.
I need help in order to birng my wife and child into the UK from Bangladesh.

We have been married 10 years now with 1 child. Unfortunately I do not meet the 18600 + 3k uk income threshold which is why 10 years later we are still apart living other ends of the world.

I am desperate I need to have my family living with me unfortunately I can not go live with them due to financial commitments ect.

My question is can I bring them to the UK via another route.

Can my son get a British passport as I am British although he was born in Bangladesh?

Are my parent's able to bring them to the UK to look after them ?

I'm sorry for all the questions your probably can see I am desperate.

Why didn't you bring them before 2012 when there was no financial requirement??

I am British from being naturalization by my farther.

I actually was not aware that no fincial requirements were needed before 2012 and actually was going through a tough personal life.

Any suggestions?
