Planning to travel India for a week when visa is going to expire in 3 months

Hi,
Can anyone please help me out in this situation
Thanks in advance

My visa is going to expire in May last week. I am planning to travel India in February ending for a week. As visa going to expire in 3months
Will there be any immigration issues like will the immigration officer stops me not allowing to uk.
My husband and son are British citizens and I am a tier 1 general PBS dependant.

No problem providing you return to the UK before the expiry date on your visa.
(Casa, not CR001)
