Hi every one ,l would be very grateful if someone could help me . I came here in 2007 as student and then my wife in 2010 as dependent. Now I have 3 kids elder is 7 years 2 months. From 2007 to 2016 I had student visa. When my visa expired in 2016 I applied pprivate life with children and refused after 2 months saying childeren are not 7 years. Now she is 7 . After that I put jr and it was also refused. It is now 2 years I have not applied any application and going for signs . Now I have got letter from rp team asking for birth certificate of my childeren. I want to submit 7 years applications now but my solicitor advised me not to submit fresh application. She said we will send the rp team require docouments with som further documents of 7 year child and ask them to grant visa because my child is 7 now. Could someone advise me is that right thing todo or should I submit fresh application. Solicitor said they will not deport me if they refuse they will only ask me to make charge application so I should take that chance. Please advise me as I m really very confused.

I have got letter from them with their adress on it. Asking me to send birth certificates of my children. Thief adress is Newport road Cardiff.

Hi Dar. As far as I know. Return preparation team is in Croydon. And Cardiff is a visa process center. So I think it is sensible if you ask Cardiff to grant you a visa. So try this first.
