i have a tier 4 visa that is still valid till august 2019. I am planning to get a tier 1 entrepreneur visa. I have read about the TB test requirements and it states that "you will not need a TB test if... you’re a returning UK resident and have not been away for more than 2 years". I have had this test done before I came to the UK and I have not left this country for more than 2 years. however, I am applying to the tier 4 visa from outside the UK. I would like to double check whether or not I have to do the test again?
