Set O online for ILR dependant over 18

Hi! I understand that for child dependant over 18, he or she needs to fill up a separate set O form. But with the recent change on the application, does that apply with the set O online application as well? Does my child need to open another application or can she be added on mine?

Also, on the declaration of verification section Of set O, which part (1,2 or 3) should be signed if my daughter has her own application? Would it be part 3?

And just to clarify , if my child over 18 is required to make her own application, what should she put on the pay section details? Would it be my details?
